How do I re activate the add in

I disabled the add in function (Simpl Chinese to Trad Chinese) because of
system error. How do I re activiate the this add in function again?

Try this....

start powerpoint > help menu > about microsoft office powerpoint

Then click the "disabled items" button. Is anything listed ?

Click to 'enable' them
