How do I put something into the browser?

I have a video sent to me in an email and I would like to put it in my
browser but don't know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to double-click on the attachment file while in Outlook? If so,
what happened? Your system's current settings for file associations will
determine which application will be launched for viewing the video. It most
likely will not be your browser.

It most cases it will be launched by Windows Media Player.
