We had an email server that created email accouts like (e-mail address removed)
We moved to an exchange server.

Now some people still have (e-mail address removed) in there outlook and I can't find
it!

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you
Scott Burke

Still have it where?
When doing what?
What version of Outlook are you using?

The problem is on someone else computer.

Outlook 2003
She says that when she enters the first letter in the "TO:" box Outlook
gives her a list of possibles. She pics the first one in the list ("Ruth
Morycki"). That name uses "(e-mail address removed)". Local.com was used in an older
email server that we don't have anymore.

I have looked in every option I could find. I just cant find a anything in
outlook that uses "(e-mail address removed)".

Can you give me a list of places to look? Maybe I missed one.

When you start typing in the address, the drop-down box should appear that
has the list of cached sent to addresses. When this drop-down appears, you
should be able to highlight the incorrect address in question and press
delete. This should delete that address from the local cache.
