How do i put music on my phone off my pc thru my bluetooth adapter

Hiya again! Sorry i no i already wrote this but i didnt explain it properly.
I got a new bletooth phone (nokia 6111) recently and it didnt come with a
USB port plug thing so I bought a Bluetooth adapter (Bluetooth 2.0 USB
Adapter from carphonewarehouse) and the man in the shop said i could put
music and images and stuff on my phone through that. So ive installed the
blutooth adapter and its all done like ive opened it up and everything but i
dont no what 2 click on and what 2 do! Plz help me

Take your cellphone and bluetooth to the shop where you purchased it
and have the sales clerk show you how to connect it and download music
and/or ringtones to it. You're paying for it and deserve this service.
