How do i put borders on my pictures?

I am not sure how to put borders around my pictures, which are JPG and GIF
file types.

You're asking in the wrong place, Betty - the "access" in this group's name
refers to the database software Microsoft Access.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and find a group for image
handling software.

Are you doing it in Word?

Right click on the picture and go to "borders and shading"

If you are doing it in an art application it shouldn't be too difficult.
