How do I print the To & Subject fields from a Draft email for review?

When I print a draft email for review by someone else, it does not print the From, To, Sent & Subject fields as it used to do in earlier versions.
The person who is reviewing this needs to see who the draft is being sent to as it is a legal document
Can anyone help please.
