how do i print the to and subject line in a draft email

When I print a draft email, it does not print the from, sent, to, or subject
line. I have to send it and then print the sent copy if I need to keep a
record of this information.

Use Tools | Options | Mail Format to turn off WordMail before you open the
draft and attempt to print. `

WordMail = Microsoft Word as your email format.
