how do i print on both sides of a page with word 2003

In word xp you could go into properties and choose the book option to print
many pages like a book. There were several options in word xp like print a
book or a tablet. In word 2003 i do not have this option. I have a doctument
with 22 pages and i want to print on both sides of a page to save paper and
room in a folder.
