How do I print emails to show BCC's and attachments enclosed in H.

When I print emails in Outlook 2003 produced in HTML format, the header does
not show the BCC's or the attachments that were sent with the email. How Do I
get the print to display this?

Bcc is analagous to Blind Carbon Copy. Blind is the
operative word. The answer is that you don't.

Ok. I understand that part, but I still need a hard copy of the email with
everyone that the email wnet to , regardless if they were CC'd or BCC'd.
There must be a way to turn that on somewhere???
