How do I play music when someone opens my website with Frontpage .

Right click the page > Page Properties > Background Sound

Only works in IE, but make sure the 'compatibility' (go to Page Options >
Authoring) settings are set to IE or Custom as that "Background Sound"
option will otherwise be greyed-out.
