How do i add a music player, with my own music on Front page 03?

For the last 5 days i've googled for a possible answer, but i'm stuck. I'm
trying to up load "my music" (not another artists) to my website on frontpage
03. I need a music player like this one

On my site. I want to add like 5 of 6 little music players where people can
start and stop my music when they want. I don't know if have to embed it or
if i have to save my music to the internet somehwere. How do i go about
doing this. Please help, i'm going crazy. Thanks
