I have music on my website that plays continuously while I go from page to
page. The problem is when I follow a link to someone elses website the music
won't stop. The website that I am linking to has it's own music and some
don't have any. How do I get the music to stop automaticly when I go to
another web site and not stop when I go from page to page in my own.

You have to exit the frameset, which I assume, is playing the music.

This is a link on my website taking people to another website but the music
won't stop when you get to the other website. How do I make the link exit the
frame?

Set the frame target value to Whole Page (_top) for the link.

Set the target frame for the link to _top in hyperlink properties.
This will leave your site totally. If you are using frames, it is the
only (legal) way, unless you have permission to frame the other site.
