How do I perform regular system backups?

Hello!
Usually I know how to do these things but for some reason, I'm not figuring
it out. All I want to do is start doing regular backups of the computer
information. Our accounting files and other important documents would be
sadly missed and I don't want to have to re-enter all of that info again.
Please help me. I know there's a simple answer to this simple question ;)

As you say, certain info would be sorely missed in the event of a computer
failure so your method of backup is not nearly as important as that you
BACKUP ON A REGUALR BASIS.

Here is one place to get started:

Many people use 3rd party software. I have found Norton Ghost to be
complete, easy to use and full-featured for my needs but there are many
others.

Do a little research and write down your questions. Post back here with any
specific questions you may have.
