Are the photos sent as an attachment. If so you should be able to
double-click them and open them if they are in a standard format like jpeg.
Be careful when opening as there are many viruses (and a latest windows bug)
related to jpeg files. My recommendation is never to open photos from
someone you don't know. If it is from someone you know, e-mail them to get
confirmation that they have actually sent you a photo before your open it.
