Does anyone know if I can redirect my hotmail message to
my Outlook inbox so i can read my work and Hotmail
messages in the same Outlook inbox without connecting to
two different servers?
All POP3 e-mail accounts have their inbound e-mails aggregated into the
one Inbox. Each HTTP e-mail accounts gets its own message store. Rules
don't work against HTTP accounts (so you can't define a rule to move
messages into different folders based on the account through which the
messages were received). You could use Hotmail Popper (Hotpop) to give
you POP3 access to Hotmail, so you could then define a POP3 account for
Hotmail that connects to Hotpop to get your e-mails from there which get
put into the aggregate POP3 Inbox. Hotpop used to be free but isn't
anymore.
