How do I not to receive same email over and over again?

I have problem with getting same email over and over.
If I don't close the outlook, it is getting emails only once, however, when
I close the outlook and reopen it, I am getting the emails that I already
got. I know that if I get everthing and delete all the message from the
server, it would be a broblem, but I would like to keep the emails in the
server also to use the web mail.
Could you help me?

The record of what has been downloaded from the server is kept in the mail
profile and your description indicates a broken mail profile. Create a new
profile and a new PST, making the new PST the delivery location. The new
profile will download everything you have on the server because Outlook will
believe it to be new. When the download completes, change the delivery
location to the old PST, close the new one, and you should be back to
normal. Consider moving the data on the server to a server folder other
than Inbox so that Outlook can't see it.
