How do I move Oulook folders to another computer?

I have a desktop with Outlook 2003 and I am moving to a laptop. I wish to
have personal folders, deleteded items, sent items and contacts moved from
the desktop to the laptop.

I'm having a heck of a time doing so. Can someone help me out?

All these items, including your Contacts, are located in a .PST file. In
Outlook, right-click on your Personal Folders (that contain your Inbox)
and select Properties. Click Advanced to see the location and name of
your .PST file. If you have other personal folders, check if they are on
different .PST files.

Transferring them to another computer can be done with a backup utility,
or the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. Use Google to find details.
