How do I move address book and emails from OE to OutlookXP on another PC?

I just bought a new PC. How do I transfer my address book and emails
from Outlook Express on my old PC to Outlook XP on my new PC?

PS I tried to read some other groups, but couldn't understand them,
and I don't know what a .pst file is.

You can't.
You need to go to an OE group and ask them how to transfer you information
into OE. Only then can you then import directly from OE into Outlook.

Copy the .wab file which is the Address Book file with OE on the old
computer over to the new one and set it up wiht OE on the new one.
Then in Outlook, go to Files, Import & Export, Email addresses, etc.
