Is there a way to archive an email folder in Outlook Express?

I'd like to transfer emails from OE6 to OutlookXP (on separate computers).
 
Sure. Easiest is to transfer from one install of Outlook Express to the
other computer. See this link for details on that:
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/index.htm

Then from the computer you imported them into (the one with OutlookXP) use
Outlook Express' menu, File/Export/Messages to export them to Outlook.
