how do I move a .gif in FrontPage

I have inserted a GIF image into FrontPage but I cannot move it to where I
want it to go.

TIA
 
cut and paste, drag with mouse to where you want to put it? I don't know
what else to suggest.
 
Use tables to structure your page layout.
