Insert a helper column
=A1*100
Select the revised data
Copy > Edit > Paste Special > Values > OK
Now decide whether you want to keep or delete the original data.

In addition to Norman's answer, you can also do the following:
- Type 100 in a blank cell;
- Copy it;
- Select the cell(s) that you want to change;
- Go to the Edit menu (or right click), choose Paste Special ->
Operation, then choose Multiply.
