How do I Migrate a NT 4 Domain to 2003?

I have an existing Windows 2003 ADS and now have to migrate a newly aquired
company's NT 4 domain into ours. We don't want to isntall a new server if
we don't have to.

How can I "export" the users from NT 4 and "import" them into our ADS
structure?
