How do I manage Spam folder not Junk E-mail folder?

The Spam folder in Outlook seems to grab e-mails that I acutally want, how
can I stop it or delete it all together? I'm not referring to the Junk
E-mail folder, I am referring to the Spam folder (that I did not make.)

Running Small Business 2000 on Server.

Do you have another Spam handling product? Outlook creates & uses the Junk
E-mail folder so maybe there's another product in play that uses the Spam
folder
