How do I make the scroll wheel not work on a worksheet?

I have a workbook where two of the worksheets aren't affected by the scroll
wheel, how do I make the rest of the work sheets do the same thing?

Maybe the 'Scroll Lock' key on your keyboard. Just a guess. Otherwise,
check Tools > Options, and look for the appropriate option in there. Again,
a guess...
