Because you say that the total file size is 16,848kb in size I'm inclined to
believe that your misreading the totals a 13,465kb file is a 13 meg file.
You could try resampling your wav file in a program like audacity to make it
smaller in size

| The music file is 13,465 KB and the total file size is 16,848 KB. That
seems
| to be fine but when i email it, it then reads 16.4 MB. I find this info on
| the bottom of the My documents screen where the file is stored. I also
| indicates the same file size in Outlook (16.4 MB) Now, I really find this
| strange. Any ideas?
