How do I make Outlook store attachments with recieved and sent email. It is
not storing attachments with email record files.

Attachments are not some separate file that is linked to and that you
yank separately of the e-mail message. The attachment is *IN* the
e-mail message, so that's where you will find the attachment. Just go
look at the message to get the attachment again.
