Outlook 2003 Save Attachment Greys out

Have a group of outlook 2003 users connected to exchange 2003.

When the users recieve an email with an attachment if the select Save
attachments it allows them to do it. The users can recieve 100 email a day
with the same style of attachment, If they select the first in the list then
use the shift key and select another or several others the Save Attachment
button becomes greyed out and not availible.

This is needed as the number of recieved attachments makes it unproductive
to save them individually.

Help appriciated.
