How do I make IE go back to its default settings?

I'm running Winxp Pro and most of the options have been tweaked and
customised to my preferences. Now I want to go back to the defaults and make
IE work like how it originally came along....Is there any utility or any
setting which can enable me to do this?

Go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Click on the Restore Defaults button.

I am pretty sure this just restores the defaults for that tab.. Is
there a way to completely restore the defaults, even settings that
aren't user configurable via the standard settings interface? I've
seen a few PC's that I had to wipe clean because the security settings
were totally messed up and wouldn't allow the user to run activex
controls or go to https pages, even with everything enabled in the
'security' settings.
