How do I make an image from a bootable CD?

I want to make a copy of a bootable data CD and can't find a tool to
burn an ISO.

What software can do it?

Get CdburnerXP Pro 3. It's Freeware. Look for it on google.

I want to MAKE an ISO file from a MS XP CD so I can burn a bootable
copy. I use and like CDburner but don't see how it can make an ISO
file from a CD. It's possible I'm missing something.

That's the only software I've got for my burner and I'd hate to by an
unlocked verison of nero for this.
