How do I make all my accounts look the same ?

Got 3 Administrator accounts each with different looks to
wallpaper ,desktop items, etc. . How can I make them all
look the same ? Is there a way clicking some preference
menu ?

To make all your users look the same after they were already created, you
have to manually setup each user the same. If they were not created all
ready you can setup some things in the default user folders and new created
users will get these settings.
