How do I make a website using a template already created?

I am new to FP2003 but understand that using templates means that I can
duplicate the navbar/header on all pages. I have created a dwt. file and now
want to use this on all the other pages of site.

I tried opening a blank HTML page and attaching the template from the format
menu but it didn't allow me to click - attach Dynamic Web Template...

Eventually if I change the header I wanted all the pages to update their
templates. Can anyone help?

Make sure that you have a site open and not just a page. Use File Menu | Open Site

Tip now out is: Comment Tags - The Good And The Bad
http://frontpage-tips.com/ - FrontPage Tips
They are primarily for FrontPage 2003 but will be good
for earlier versions too.
