how do I make a global change to stop the grouping in all my fold.

how do I make a global change to stop the grouping in all my folders. I have
upgraded to outlook 2003 and it shows the list of emails in all my folders
with date grouping. I have 100's of folders and don't want to have to change
them one by one.
