How do I lock settings?

Hello! I recently installed XP Pro on my pc. My problem is that my brother
likes to try to download porn, but he's not very pc-smart and I've had to
completely reinstall windows before because of what he thought was a movie he
downloaded (he isn't bright enough to know the difference between a *.mpeg
and a *.exe file)... Anyway, I've gone into Tools, and under Security I"ve
completely disabled downloading for all internet zones under his account (I'm
the admin, he's just a limited user)... My question is this: Is there any
way I can "lock" the internet tools menu so that even if he figures out how
to enable downloading, he'll have to enter my password? Even if I could just
lock out the whole menu bar, I'd be happy. Thanks!

Hi

Post an e-mail address & I'll send you a programme called "1st securit
centre". This freeware utility allows you to set different accoun
(including internet explorer) options using tick boxes.
***DON'T post your usual e-mail address or you'll be spammed to death
set up a hotmail for this.
