how do i locate what files run at the computers start-up

I want to add some and delete some programs from running
everytime i restart

To disable a program from starting with your PC goto Start>>Run>>Type
"msconfig" and goto the Startup Tab.

To add a program to your startup just copy a shortcut to the program into
the Startup folder that is in your start menu.
