I just started as a tech at a local campus. The president swears that he
could click on "contacts" and "calendar" on the left side of the outlook bar,
and it would bring up his secretary's contacts and calendar. He runs Windows
2002, she runs XP Pro, and they both run Office XP. It is possible to
connect to her contacts and calendar by going to File->Open->Other user's
folder, but I can't see a way to link it into the outlook shortcut bar. We
do run an exchange server, if that helps any.
