How do I limit my contact options to just email contact info in MS Outlook 2003??

I am using Outlook 2003, and cannot find out how to turn off all of the
contact options from showing up in the 'to:' field when sending email,
and limiting it to just the email contact option.

Sorry, I realize that is a bit vague, but basically, when creating a
new email, I click on the 'To:', 'cc:', or 'bcc' fields, and it pulls
up my contact list. However, it includes every contact option as a
selection for them, not just the email addresses. (i.e. - fax,
business, etc...) I would like to limit this to just the email
addresses. If I am sending large emails, I have to look at 3 or 4
contact options for each recipient, and than pick out the email option.

Is there a way to shut this off, so that only the email option comes up
as a choice when addressing my emails.

Thanks for any info,

Michael

Thanks Lamwench, I guess not quite the option I was hoping for, but as
long as it works, makes me happy.

Thanks again,
