How do I limit access to wife's PC?

My PC and my wife's are networked together. I need to full access to
her C: drive but was unable to figure out how to limit the access to
myself only. So in her security tab I gave full access to "Everyone",
which works fine. BUT - we are about to have tenants on the property
who will connect to the net through a wireless receiver working
through my cable modem. It occurs to me that one of these tenants
could also get full access to my wife's C: drive without much effort.

My PC is "BILLS_PC" and I am user "BILL". I experimented with
combinations of these names in her security settings but was not able
to gain access to her system, so I when I started using "Everyone".

So how do I set up the security so that only I get full access?

Thanks, Bill

In this case, you may want to create your username with the same password on her computer. Then remove the everyone. this link may help too,

That didn't work. Each PC was able to connect to the other, but each
PC got "access denied" when trying to read the C: drive on the other
machine.
