How do I keep document format with autotext entry?

I have a heap of entries (names and addresses mainly) as Autotext entries.
They were done with a 12-point font, but I have had to change my letter
template and now only use 11-point font. How do I get autotext entries to
adopt the font properties of the document currently in use?

I have created these entries as Autotext rather than Autocorrect as they are
3-4 lines long and I have also included the couple of blank lines and the
Dear xxxxx as part of this entry. Would I have been better creating them as
some other type of entry?

AutoText entries that include a paragraph mark will include paragraph/font
formatting. If, however, they also include a paragraph style, they should
adapt to changes in that style.
