how do i install plugins?

You need to provide more info. The main thing here would be what
program/program version are the plugins for? What plugins are you trying to
install? Is there actually a valid problem with installing your plugins, or
do you not know how to?
If you don't know how to I suggest using google...

Ok, well you 'use' plugins within another program, so therefore we need to
know which program it is that you need to use the plugin with. Examples -
Internet Explorer, Netscape, Nero, etc. all can use plugins. So you see it
would be helpful to know which program you are trying to use the plugins for
(we aren't mindreaders).
