How do I insert a page break after footnotes?

I'm copying and pasting separate documents with footnotes into one complete
document. How do I insert page breaks?

Footnotes or endnotes? Only the latter should really cause problems. If you
work in Normal view, you can insert a page break in the text without
worrying about what will happen to the endnotes (if you need them to stay
where they are, insert a section break instead and set the notes to appear
at the end of each section).

Yes, as it turns out, they are endnotes. So I converted them to footnotes,
inserted a page break, then copied and pasted the new section.

I need my endnotes to remain all together at the end of the body of the
document, but, and here is the problem, I need my bibliography and index to
follow the endnotes. Is there a way to insert a page break/section break
after the endnotes without having to set them to appear after each chapter?
