Footnote numbering using section breaks

O

Omar

Hi there,

I have a book manuscript in which the footnotes begin from number 1 at the
start of each chapter. In one chapter though I inserted a section break to
be able to insert a table in landscape rather than portrait format.

The footnote after the section break begins from number 1 again. I have
tried the 'continuous numbering' option in the footnote menu without success.
How do I make the footnote numbering to continue from before the section
break? Alternatively, can I insert a landscaped page without using a section
break?

Thanks.

Omar

Unfortunately you can't rotate a table, but you could rotate each cell
of a new table (with rows and columns interchanged) and copy the
contents of each cell to the new table.
