How do I insert a contact's address, phone#, email address in an e

Outlook used to have an insert menu button entitled "Item..." This allowed
me to insert into an email, a contact's address, phone #, email address and
pretty much everything else I have on them in my Outlook Contact list. You
could select to either insert the item as Text Only, Attachment or Shortcut.
I can no longer find that menu button in the Outlook screen on which I create
emails. I can find it when I open the contact itself in my Address Book, but
that does not insert the contact's information into the email I want to send.
My only choice now is to copy and past EACH field from the contact screen
separately into my email. Can anyone help me find that menu button "Item..."
so I can add it to my toolbar for creating emails?

If using Word as the editor then you need to expand the dropdown by the paparclip in the toolbar to see the rest of the insert menu.
