USING WINDOWS XP SPELL CHECK IS VERY LIMITED. ONLY SHOWS CORRECTION FOR
MONOSYLLABLES. SPELL CHECK IS USELESS. HOW DO I IMPORT, DOWNLOAD OR BUY A
60,000 WORD SPELLING PROGRAM?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

BTW Windows XP does not have a spell check that I know of. Microsoft Word
including the XP version, does have a spell check that is also used by a
number of other MS programs.

A number of commercial spell programs are available for your computer.
I use AS-U-Type. I believe they still offer a free trial version at
http://www.asutype.com/ Personally I like the Microsoft spell check, but it
does not work everywhere. I don't see the problem you seem to have with the
Microsoft product. I wonder what program is supplying your spelling
capability.

Also it might be wise to turn off the cap lock. Most people find ALL
CAPS difficult to read and it is considered bad form. Some people will not
answer questions written in ALL CAPS.

I suggest if you are having difficulty reading text on your computer,
you should try increasing the size of the font displayed. One way of doing
this is to change the screen resolution.
