how do i import rules and emails from a corrupt profile

I recently lost my user profile on xp due to 'corrupt profile' along with
files which i have since manage to recover i lost all my emails, folders and
rules. i would like to get these back! Does anyone know of a way of importing
them all into outlook (using a new user account obviously)?

Losing your profile does nothing to your data files. Look for a file with
the .pst extension on it, remember the location, create a new mail profile
and configure it to use the .pst file you used before.
