corrupted profile

Carl

I have a corrupted profile (an email) in my "Windows Mail" in the "sent
items" that I cannot delete. In addition I also have a number of old emails
in "deleted items" that I cannot remove. This of course has totally
corrupted my "Windows Mail" in VISTA. I cannot sent or received emails and
want to rid my computer of this corruption. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Read on!

I was forced to move my email account using the same account account and
email address to Microsoft Outlook (same computer). Everything is functional
currently, but I want to rid myself, as I said above, of this corrupted
profile.

Thanks
Carl

Windows Mail doesn't use profiles. The failure to delete messages problem
is usually this:

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

This page will show you how to reset Windows Mail:
