Outlook 2003 profile with two exchange server mailboxes

My current profile has five email accounts and one mailbox for work via MS
exchange server 2003.
I guess the profile is corrupted because I now have
two exchange mailboxes for the same exchange account and the only way of I
have found to take care of this is to delete the current profile and create a
new one. (Deleting the exchange server account only eliminates one mailbox,
leaving the second one undeletable.)
Is there a way to save the email account settings, emails, contacts
and calendar events. Will a .pst file backup suffice for everything except
the email accounts and is there a way to backup the email account settings
without setting each one from scratch?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

All your additional data is already on the Exchange server or in a pst-file
so there is nothing that you have to do additional to save that data; you
already have it.

You cannot extract your profile/account settings since that is where the
corruption is in the first place so you would only end up copying the
corruption.

One thing you could try is starting Outlook with the /cleanprofile switch
and see if it can fix the errors;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanprofile

If this doesn't work you'll have to recreate your mail profile anyway;
See http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm
