How do I import Outlook2000 contacts/emails/etc into Outlook2003?

I backed up my Outlook 2000 data before I reinstalled Windows OS on my PC.
But instead of reinstalling Outlook 2000, I upgraded to Outlook 2003. Now,
how can I import my contacts, emails w/attachments, etc. into Outlook 2003?
Please help!

Configure Outlook 2003 with a mail profile and set up the mail account(s)
you want. The click FIle>open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST whose
data you want to include, select it, and click OK. It will open and you'll
have access to everything it contains. No import needed. For all
non-default folders, right-click the folder and drag it to the main PST.
For the defatul folders, open each, select all the contents with CTRL-A (you
may need to click one item first before CTRL-A will work and you will need
to display the source calendar in a list view like By Category), right-click
the selection and drag it to the corresponding default folder.

When you're done copying, right-click the old PST and choose Close.
