how do I import Outlook account settings?

I have a computer with two drives. Windows XP Pro was installed on one, but
crashed. I can't log on it at all anymore.
I have installed XP on the other drive and need to get my account settings
from the old drive. I've copied over the pst files and now have all my emails
and contacts, but no account settings. There are several email accounts in
the old installation. I know, I should have backed them up, but it's too late
for that.
Is there any way to recover the settings from the old drive?

No, but you can of course reconfigure the account via Tools-> Account
Settings...
