How do I recreate my Outlook files and settings on a new install?

I'm sorry if this question is a repeat, but I could not locate the answer.

Part of my HD recently crashed on my laptop and it will not reboot anymore.
I have a feeling that my data is still on there, so I will try to attach the
HD as an external drive and hopefully have the ability to copy files off of
it.

My question is: How do I recreate my old Outlook setup (with email accounts,
all my old settings, contacts and addresses, etc) on the fresh install of
Outlook, using the old HD?

Can someone please explain where I can find all the files that need to be
copied and whether it is just a matter of copying the files over or if I will
have to re-add the old email accounts, etc (because I do not have most of
that login information settings anymore).

Thanks a bundle!

You will not be able to recover your account settings because they were in
the registry, which is unrecoverable, since you can't boot the disk. This
is also true of some of the other Outlook settings. If you can read the
disk, you may be able to recover your Outlook data (the mail, contacts,
calendar, etc.). For information on what you might be able to recover, see:
