Saad,

your e-mails are in a file named "Outlook.pst". You the see where this
file is located by right-clicked the top item in the Outlook folder
tree and opening the subdialog. Once you know the paths of both files,
you can simply copy one and overwrite the other.

Do you mean both users should use the same data file (see all mail), or do
you mean each user should be separate? (This can only be done if the email
accounts have separate passwords in their settings)

No. You should NEVER overwrite a pst file - that can lead to all sorts of
problems like corrupted mail profiles amongst other things.

Overwriting a PST is a good way to corrupt the mail profile. Instead, a
copy of the original PST should be made and it should be named something
OTHER THAN any existing PST name. Then the mail profile wishing to use the
copy should be modified to use the newly named PST instead of the original.
